This website is the showcase of Agulha & Código. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and it has no forms: browsing it does not give us any of your personal data. This page explains what happens if you write to us.
Who is responsible
Agulha & Código. For any question about your data, write to contacto@agulhaecodigo.com.
If you write to us
- What data: your email address and whatever you tell us in your message.
- Why: to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. We do not use this data for advertising, and we never sell or share it.
- Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).
- For how long: if you become a client, the data moves to your client record. If not, we delete the conversation after 12 months without contact.
Who else has access
Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards the emails sent to our address; to serve the pages securely, it processes technical data such as the IP address. The emails arrive in our mailbox at Google (Gmail). Both companies may process data outside the European Union under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which both have joined.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere. We reply within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
